Distilled water-Distilled water is water that has been boiled into vapor and condensed back into liquid in a separate container. Impurities in the original water that do not boil below or near the boiling point of water remain in the original container. Thus, distilled water is a type of purified water.

**Vegetable glycerin - we use the vegetable glycerin variant made from plant oils. Vegetable glycerin is a popular skincare treatment because of its moisturizing power. Research shows that applying glycerin to your skin may gradually improve its smoothness and suppleness. Studies also show that applying glycerin-containing products may protect your skin against irritants and microbes, as well as soothe inflamed or wounded skin.

**Sweet almond oil (prunus amygdalus dulcis)-Almond oil has been used for thousands of years to soothe, soften, and repair the skin. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its high nutrient content. Rich in Vitamin E and K, Almond oil is easily absorbed, promotes skin elasticity and is very soothing. It’s gentle enough to use on newborns and toddlers as the composition of this oil is very similar to infant’s skin. Its natural emollient properties deeply moisturise and nourish the skin, leaving it soft, supple, and radiant.

**Unrefined Shea Butter (butyrospermum parkii)-is another great moisturizer, its fatty acids help to create a barrier that helps lock in moisture, it has anti-inflammatory properties to help with irritations, shea butter also contains antioxidants like Vitamin A& E which help protect the skin from oxidative stress, as well as sun damage.

**Vitamin E oil (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate) -is an antioxidant which helps to combat free-radical damage, vitamin E is also a very hydrating molecule since it works as a both a humectant (to absorb water into the skin) and an emollient (to trap water in the skin). It assists in various kinds of cellular restoration from sun damage to healing support for scars or burns and damaged skin. Additionally to vitamin E's moisturizing and healing benefits, it also helps to strengthen skin barrier function.

**Geranium Rose essential oil (pelargonium graveolens)-geranium rose essential oil naturally firms up facial skin, and is used dermatologically to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Because it naturally tightens skin without reducing moisture and suppleness, it minimizes many of the common signs of aging skinGeranium Essential Oil is reputed to effectively eliminate dead cells, tighten the skin, promote the regeneration of new skin, and diminish signs of aging. Used medicinally, Geranium Essential Oil works as an anti-inflammatory and anti-septic agent.Geranium Rose has been used in traditional medicine and skin care for centuries, it has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which can help fight against blemishes and breakouts and it is loaded with antioxidants. Geranium essential oil has many benefits including tightening & brightening the skin, reducing redness & inflammation, it can help with skin repair and balancing of Sebum production (balancing the oil produced by the skin so it wont strip your skin of its natural moisture).

It also has the ability to help even skin tone and reduce wrinkles. It is non-comedogenic, so it won't clog the pores, and it helps fight against bacteria.

**Chamomile German essential oil (matricaria chamomilla)- Traditionally, chamomile has been used for centuries as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, mild astringent and healing medicine. When applied to the skin, chamomile oil and extracts may help address redness, hyperpigmentation, and acne. Chamomile may also aid in wound healing and soothe sensitive skin.

**Rosemary essential oil (rosemarinus officinalis)- rosemary oil is known to exhibit anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, it protects against free radicals, reduces inflammation, helps regulate sebum production, helps protect against acne, mimics Astringents: Rosemary herb and oil also have natural astringent properties that help to improve the tonicity and texture of the skin. Reducing Puffiness: Rosemary oil increases circulation, increasing fluid retention throughout the body and reducing puffiness. It also helps attain an even skin tone.

Emulsifying wax-Emulsifying wax is an ingredient used in formulations to promote emulsification and can lead to great stability in the finished product. It also acts as a thickening agent. Emulsifying wax will help to bond oils and water based ingredients.

Emulsifying wax is composed of Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol 40% and Polysorbate 60 derived from vegetable (coconut and palm kernel). No petroleum!!
