Directions: If used as directed with other sun protection measures, decreases the risk of sun burn. A small amount goes a long way......Put a small amount of lotion onto your hands and massage in to your skin in a circular motion.
Make sure to re-apply every 2 hours as needed or after swimming or excessive sweating.
